We also asked Brad what advice he would give young entrepreneurs just getting started today and he came back with several specific, detailed suggestions.
Brad’s advice for young entrepreneurs:
- Turn off the TV news and ignore bad economic news in the newspaper. Great startups are created in both good times and bad.
- Create a business around something you truly enjoy doing.
- Make certain you like and enjoy working with your co-founders.

I really enjoyed every interview with Brad. Knowledge from a seasoned serial entrepreneur is always inspiring and motivating. I especially enjoy the struggle stories because it's good to know that every successful company had battles to win and fires to put out on a daily basis. I agree that it's all about the people, find people you like, know, and trust and build something remarkable with them.
